SOUTH AFRICAN ORDERS

  • For domestic purchases, we courier deliveries. Cape Town deliveres typically take 1-2 business days, well the rest of the country typically takes 2-3 business days. If we are manufacturing a customised package, expect this to take around 4 weeks.
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination location of the package and the bulk of the goods being shipped.
  • All domestic packages are tracked to their final destination and we are not responsible for lost/stolen packages once the item being tracked shows as delivered. If you are concerned about having packages left at the door etc., please provide a shipping address (such as a work address or family member’s address) where someone can accept the package at the time of delivery.
  • All cases of Mail Fraud will be reported to the Postal Inspector.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • We offer international shipping which usually arrives in 3-5 days from the date of the order, depending on the destination. Customised packages will have longer lead times.
  • Normal postage can take between 4-5 weeks and we will keep in touch with you every step of the way.
  • Phone numbers are required for international shipments.
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination location of the package and the bulk of the goods being shipped.
  • International orders may be charged additional taxes, duties or customs in the destination country. It is the sole responsibility of the recipient to pay these charges so we recommend checking with your local postal carrier to see if you will incur charges before ordering.
  • There are no returns/refunds on international orders.

  • Express Delivery via DHL is an alternative option for customers wanting a faster online shopping and delivery experience.
  • This service usually arrives 3-5 days from date of purchase.
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination region and the bulk of your order.
  • All wholesale bulk orders over $250 are eligible for free Express Delivery via DHL.
